When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within three working days of purchase.

How can I track my parcel?
We will send you a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Why can't I track my order on the website?

Please note that tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after the update.

Why is my shipment status not updated?
Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Frequent delays can e.g. weather events, customs or backlogs.

What is your return policy?
If something is wrong with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order send replacement. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case. Our customer service will review the request and send further instructions. gogorilla.shop reserves the right to refuse return requests.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
