By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these guidelines.
Cancellation
We accept cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
We also offer an order customization service if your order has not yet been shipped. If you would like to make changes to your order, please email us at info@gogorilla.shop as long as it hasn't been shipped.
Send back or resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of arrival. If 15 days have passed since we received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1. Returns: We accept the return of products shipped by us and if the item is faulty due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Items must be returned together with the proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via info@gogorilla.shop for more information.
You pay for the return. For quality-related returns, the return shipping costs will be refunded. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered eligible for return.
2.Re-send:
if the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item). We are ready to resend the correct product to you.
If the item is defective due to transport problems (e.g. damaged items). We can re-issue a new product for you, provided you bear part of the shipping costs
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you of approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Due to transportation problems, if you think the return is too laborious, the goods are damaged upon receipt, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
